Mark Greenbaum is an active investor in and developer of real estate in South Texas and Northwest Arkansas. Mark acquired and sold over 480 acres in South Texas, including ~2,200 partially and fully entitled lots and built projects. Mark has a development pipeline of ~1,800 single family lots across Northwest Arkansas. Previously, Mark invested in real estate (3,500+ multi-family units), private equity (specialty consumer and SME secured and unsecured lending), and other alternative asset classes for a NY-based investment firm for ~9 years. Mark completed his masters and undergraduate degrees in finance & accounting at the University of Cape Town. Mark is a CFA® Charterholder.
