Mark Greenbaum is the principal of TGG Investments, a land entitlement firm operating predominantly in Northwest Arkansas — one of the fastest-growing housing markets in the United States. TGG specializes in acquiring raw land, navigating municipal rezoning and platting, and delivering fully entitled paper lots to the region’s leading national and regional homebuilders. TGG is among the most active entitlement operations in the NWA market. Mark has acquired and sold over 547 acres, including ~2,500 partially and fully entitled lots and built projects. Today, TGG has a development pipeline of over 2,000 single family lots across Northwest Arkansas. Previously, Mark invested in real estate (3,500+ multi-family units), private equity (specialty consumer and SME secured and unsecured lending), and other alternative asset classes for a NY-based investment firm for ~9 years. Mark completed his masters and undergraduate degrees in finance & accounting at the University of Cape Town. Mark is a CFA® Charterholder.
